Acceptable stay, some issues noticed
convenient location attentive staff complex lighting design flaw
The location is very convenient near Bond Street station. The staff was very attentive and friendly . We especially appreciated the welcome drinks we received on arrival (a lovely touch!). The hotel design both inside and out was well-appointed.
The lighting in the room was difficult to navigate. Lights turned on during the night while we were asleep. Unfortunately, it did not work properly and proved very frustrating. I was constantly disturbed by this.

great furniture fantastic location nice bars
the rooms are well-designed with great furniture. the location is fantastic, near the bond street station. the restaurants and bars inside the hotel are very nice too!!!
the lighting in the room was a bit difficult to manage, which caused some lights to turn on unexpectedly during the night.

the team were really nice too ensure i felt valued throughout my stay. the staff exhibited genuine kindness and were very helpful. their attentiveness significantly enhanced my overall experience.

the hotel benefits from a superb location. it provides easy access to shopping areas and excellent restaurants. bond street station is also only a short walk.

the facilities are generally excellent. the buffet breakfast had good choices, although i wanted more coffee. the rooms are high-tech with nice bathrooms, including showers and luxury beds with beautiful bedding.

convenient location attentive staff heated floor
the location is convenient with easy access to shops and dining. the staff were great to my needs. my beautiful double room was modern and clean. i was impressed with heated bathroom floors.
i noticed there was no clear privacy between the shower and the bed, which could disturb anyone sleeping.

the hotel features modern facilities including a well-equipped gym. i noticed it has several treadmills and free weights for guest use. the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, nice for different dining experiences.
